What can we organise for a friend just qualified as as Policewoman?

My friend has just qualified as a Policewoman. Me and the girls want to arrange something extra special for her. Probably a night out involving alcohol but I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas for extra surprises we can throw in without making it too tacky|||Alcohol!!!!!! Your friend will be arresting people that have had too much. So many now-a-days can only have fun if they are drunk. So many accidents and fatalities are caused by alcohol. What about something to honour and respect her accomplishments like a donation to AA or a home for battered women.
