Can a policewoman be disciplined for groping a male under arrest?

I read where a college male was groped by a femal cop near Oakland.|||Yes she can. She can also be brought up on charges. It has happen to an officer I know. She lost her job and a deal was made. The charges were dropped.|||Of course she can. Inappropriate physical contact with another person is a crime.|||What guy would mind if a female cop groped him? Guys love that. I would say, do you like that baby? :)|||yes!.... Sexual harrassment goes both ways with unwanted solicitation and unsolicited touches and even hugs. That Officer is in a fine amount of trouble of her desire to keep all matters safe. She should have held him at suspicion and waited for backup.|||Only if the Male is really stupid for reporting it.|||Did that college male complain?

I certainly wouldn't. In fact I'd tell that female cop where there is a concealed weapon.|||Like I've been saying, all police are CORRUPT!|||I should think so, but was it you? If so are you boasting or complaining? .|||Sure. The questions, however; was she the arresting officer? Was the college male seriously screwing up? Did the policewoman try to cut the college male a break? Was the police officer much hotter than the college male is used to dealing with? Did the college male wind up in jail for a long time? Was that the last FEMALE sexual contact the college male received for a long time? IMHO, it could have been much worse. Could have been a police-MAN doing the groping. If she was a hottie, and was sweet, I say he charge it to the game and keep on stepping. If she were mean and un-attractive, that's different.|||Sure if it was inappropriate sexual contact but I have a feeling she was doing a pat down or a search of a suspect maybe? Usually in instances where the police officer and the suspect's gender are different a male will search males and females search females but that is not always possible. This "grope" could have been very routine and blown out of proportion, not the first time I have heard of it.
