You'll probably have to do Maths and English as they help develop analytical skills and communication skills.
Some science also allows you to gain some important life skills.
PE will help as it will allow you to stay fit which is an important aspect of police training.
Sociology OR Citizenship studies will give you a good idea of how society works, politics and how things are how they are.
Religious studies is a good choice as it will allow you to deal better with people of different religions and help you understand people's religious constraints.
Apart from English, maths and Science (which are vital and compulsory in all schools), all subjects above are a matter of personal choice. Do the subjects that you know you'll do well in.|||Maths and English will be needed, another language would be a plus.
However, your entry into the police force will depend more on your aptitude, health and personality then paper qualifications.|||Do they have a class on "Hating society and how to frame innocent members of the public"?...if so...take it.|||English language and maths are vital. Other subjects are entirely a matter of personal choice.|||Anything you want. It's best to keep a good crime free character. Keep fit (Physical Education a big advantage). Participate in after school clubs if possible. Also, a language (French, German or Italian etc) are a a big advantage|||P.E, Sociology, a Language..
