The police in New Zealand are allowed to be just like real policemen used to be in England, that is allowed to use there own judgement and initiative. What a pity our police are still not allowed to be so individual.


Assuming she was a bit experienced then seeing a couple of people of the opposite sex naked would not have phased her..but one wonders if it was a figment of her imagination!|||I thought that it would not be in this country, but it is New Zealand.


Good for them to ride around with nothing on, and what with the flasher who got run over by a car after flashing her boob's, there seems to be a move towards these stories,but they should be aware that a car or lorry could see them and lose control.....


Wonder what she would have done had she not been on her own?|||Its interesting that they were embarrassed when they were caught. Which means that they were not exhibitionists or naked rambler nutters trying to make some kind of stupid point.

I'd have taken full statements from them to make them even more uncomfortable for as long as possible.|||My, my, they do seem to like taking off their clothes in NZ at the moment. I'll gladly live there if the men ride around naked! I would have tried not to laugh and advised them to dress appropriately in case they receive unpleasant friction burns.|||I would have asked them to take a seat on the nice concrete pavement while I took my time keeping my emotions in check. Then I would have cited them for indecent exposure.|||Accepted the caution and worn a helmet next time.|||Say: 'Unfortunately my helmet will not reach my head.'|||Make them cycle round and round me. Did she not see the helmets?|||"Sorry, I'm Jewish" ; )|||I don't see what the big deal is they weren't doing anyone any harm.|||Fnaarr, fnaarr!!|||LOL what a pair of nuts!
