Can a policewoman wear a black leather coat over her uniform?

I was wondering if a policewoman can wear a long black leather coat over her uniform if she has her coat unbuttoned, so people can see that she is a police officer. That would make a fashion statement, that even tough female enforcers can look stylish and sexy.|||did you ever thought they have dress codes , and there you going about how sexy they can look ect , thats all i got to say.|||I think they should, maybe it would get the arrestees to comply with the policewoman if they've seen her wearing a black leather coat
